En un estudio cl\u00e1sico que evalu\u00f3 c\u00f3mo escuchar m\u00fasica preferida frente a no preferida o no m\u00fasica afecta el rendimiento durante un ejercicio de ciclismo continuo a alta intensidad, se comprob\u00f3 que la distancia recorrida fue significativamente mayor con m\u00fasica preferida (9,8 km \u00b1 4,6) que con m\u00fasica no preferida (7,1 km \u00b1 3,5). La m\u00fasica aporta una distracci\u00f3n cognitiva frente a las sensaciones inc\u00f3modas del esfuerzo.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Un metaan\u00e1lisis de Terry, Karageorghis y colaboradores (2020) comprob\u00f3 que la m\u00fasica estaba asociada con una reducci\u00f3n significativa del esfuerzo percibido (g = 0,22) y a un incremento del rendimiento f\u00edsico (g = 0,31).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-746f84d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"746f84d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3.
