Admission Application

For all master’s degrees, you will need:

  • Official university degree (apostilled if issued outside of Spain).
  • Updated Curriculum Vitae.
  • Letter of motivation explaining your reasons for taking the master’s degree.
  • Photocopy of your ID or passport.

In addition to the general documents, for the MBA you must include:

  • Letter of support from your company or a manager.

For the expert courses, the required documentation is as follows:

  • Specialty degree or, failing that, an official certification that proves that you are studying said specialty.
  • Letter of motivation.
  • Photocopy of ID or passport.

Yes. You must attach a valid certificate of your collegiate code corresponding to your profession.

In addition, if you have a specialty, you must provide the title of the specialty or, failing that, an official certification that proves that you are studying said specialty.

No. The letter of support from the company or a manager is only mandatory for the MBA application.

Yes, NUS Agency accepts the documentation in digital format, following the instructions of the online application form.

The application will not be considered complete until all required documents are sent correctly. It is important to review each requirement before submitting the application.

No. It is only necessary to apostille the degree if it was issued in a foreign country that is part of the Hague Convention. If your degree was issued in Spain, the apostille is not necessary.

If your university degree was issued in a foreign country and you need to apostille it to apply to NUS Agency, you can consult the official links of the competent authorities according to the region:

Note: You only need to apostille your degree if it was issued outside of Spain and your country is part of the Hague Convention. For Spanish degrees, no apostille is required

Admission Process

For master’s degrees taught in Spanish, you must send:

  • Official university degree (apostilled if issued in a foreign country).

To apply for an expert course, you must send the following documentation:

  • Specialty degree or, failing that, an official certification that proves that you are studying said specialty.

Note: For general master’s degrees, a letter of support from the company or an updated Curriculum Vitae is not necessary.

In addition to the previous documents, for the MBA you must include:

  • Updated Curriculum Vitae.
  • Letter of support from your company or a manager.
  • Official language level certificates, if you have them (only applicable to the MBA, which is taught in Spanish and English).

All documents must be sent scanned in .PDF or .JPEG format, following the instructions in the corresponding application form.

If your degree is in process, you must send proof of this. Subsequently, before the start of the master’s degree, you must submit the certified copy or the original together with a photocopy.

If you are one year away from graduating, you can send proof that your degree is in process. Subsequently, before the start of the master’s degree, you must submit the certified copy or the original together with a photocopy of your degree.

Note: This exception applies only to nurses and physiotherapists who are finishing their studies.

  • For general master’s degrees in Spanish, no language certification is required
  • For the MBA: an English test will be carried out during the admission process. Candidates who present recent official qualifications (maximum 2 years) such as are exempt:

In addition, candidates who do not speak Spanish can present:

  • SIELE (Servicio Internacional de Evaluación de la Lengua Española)

The letter of recommendation can be academic or professional. NUS Agency provides a guiding model that you can follow.

Within a maximum period of one week after completing all the steps of the application, you will receive the decision through an admission letter that will arrive at the student’s email.

If your application has been accepted, you can reserve your place by making a payment of €500. All information about the payment procedure and deadlines will be included in the admission letter.

Remember that you must submit all official academic documentation before the start of the master’s degree.

Enrollment Process

You must access Admission Application, upload all the required documentation and wait for NUS Agency to validate your application. Once validated, you will receive confirmation that your documentation is complete and you can formalize your enrollment.

For all programs you must send:

  • Official university degree (apostilled if issued outside of Spain).
  • Letter of motivation explaining your reasons for taking the master’s degree.
  • Photocopy of your ID or passport.

Additional according to program:

  • MBA: Letter of support from your company or a manager and the updated Curriculum Vitae.
  • Master’s degrees for nursing or physiotherapy: Certificate of the collegiate number.

All documentation must be attached in the Admission Application form following the instructions received by email.

Documents sent by other means are not accepted.

Yes, you can upload the documents directly from your mobile phone, as long as they are in PDF format or a legible image.

The recommended period is 24 to 72 hours. It is essential to complete this process as soon as possible so that NUS Agency can confirm your enrollment and send you the corresponding academic information.

The validation of documents usually takes between 1 and 4 business days, depending on the volume of applications and the complexity of the documentation.

After validation, you will receive instructions to make the enrollment payment, which includes:

  • Reservation of place: Initial payment of €500 that is deducted from the total enrollment.
  • Single payment in cash: With 3% discount if made by direct transfer.
  • Installment payment without interest: Only available for residents in Spain through Sabadell Consumer.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your enrollment has been formalized correctly and that you can access the virtual campus with your credentials.

You can contact the admissions team through the email you will receive when you start your application.

If any document is missing or does not meet the requirements, you will be asked to send it again. Until all the documentation is complete and validated, you will not be able to formalize your enrollment or access the virtual campus.

Admitted Students

There are several options to pay your enrollment:

  • Single payment in cash: 3% discount applicable when formalizing the enrollment by direct transfer to NUS Agency, managing the financing from your country of origin.
  • Installment payment without interest: Only available for residents in Spain through Sabadell Consumer.
  • Reservation of place: It is made with the initial payment of €500, which will be deducted from the total enrollment.

The entire academic calendar is available on the virtual campus, within the Schedule module. There you can see important dates, start and end of classes, and deadlines for deliveries and evaluations.

Each master’s degree has its own start of classes, so there is no common date for all programs. Consult the Schedule module on the virtual campus to know the exact start date of your master’s degree.

Before the start of classes, NUS Agency organizes an online Welcome Day, where you can meet other students. In addition, you will have the opportunity to create your own WhatsApp group, which will allow you to start interacting, share doubts and experiences and build relationships from the first moment.

All materials and resources of the master’s degree are available on the virtual campus, accessible from the module corresponding to each subject or unit.

The evaluations are carried out mainly through self-evaluations within the virtual campus. Each module includes activities, questionnaires and exercises designed to measure your learning in a progressive way.

Scholarships

For the MBA:

  • Talent Scholarships: Aimed at candidates with European nationality who accredit professional experience, entrepreneurial initiative and innovative vision.
  • Executive Woman Scholarship: Oriented to promote the professional career of women and facilitate their access to leadership positions.

For the master’s degrees:

  • NUS Scholarship: Financial aid designed to bring entrepreneurship-oriented training closer to nursing and physiotherapy professionals of any specialty.
  • Latin American Talent Scholarship: Applicable exclusively to the Neuromusic, Physioesthetics, and Dermatofunctional master’s degrees, aimed at Latin American candidates.

For expert courses:

  • Women’s Health Scholarship: Aimed at midwives, with the objective of strengthening their role as key professionals in the promotion, prevention, and care of women’s health throughout all stages of life.

Note: All scholarships are partial. Some may be compatible with each other, allowing for an increase in the total percentage of aid. No scholarship covers the full amount of the program.

You can apply for more than one scholarship. After evaluating your application, the scholarship committee may award a percentage of aid of up to 20% of the annual value of the course.

The deadlines depend on each call for applications and are provided by the Admissions team.

The resolution of the scholarship application is communicated directly by the Admissions team, once the evaluation process is complete.

The NUS Agency Admissions team will assist you and resolve any questions throughout the scholarship application process.

Financing and Bank Loans

Students residing in Spain can manage their financing through collaborating banking entities, including:

It is recommended that students not residing in Spain manage financing from their country of origin and take advantage of the 3% discount for single payment. Some indicative options by country are:

The options offered by banking entities are usually flexible. Each student can agree directly with the bank on:

  • The amount of each installment.
  • The frequency of payment (monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly).
  • The total loan repayment term.

NUS Agency and Banco Sabadell collaborate to offer students financing options that facilitate access to our training programs. Thanks to this agreement, candidates residing in Spain can manage an interest-free installment payment of up to 12 months, processed through the training center.

The granting of financing is subject to the evaluation of Banco Sabadell, which reserves the right to request additional guarantees.

Yes. Partial scholarships can be combined with bank financing to cover the remaining amount of tuition.

Financing must be managed before formalizing the final registration, once your admission has been confirmed and you have reserved your place.
